Mr.K.V.Aiyappan, Chairman

Mr.K.V.Aiyappan is a Post-graduate in science and an experienced Banker having served more than a decade with Indian Overseas Bank in India and Hong Kong. He has got vast experience in International trade and industry. He is also having varied interests in Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom and USA. He is guiding the Management of the company since its inception. His other businesses in India include Capital Market, Textiles, Software Development and Software Training. He is also functioning as Director in several companies.

Mrs.Muthulakshmi Ganesh, Director

Mrs.Muthulakshmi Ganesh, a person with marketing and trading experience takes keen interest in whatever assignment she takes up. She has been a part of the growth journey of the Company and held various positions in different business units. She has been instrumental in implementing extensive cost management in sourcing and operations. She received her Master’s Degree in Science.

Mrs. Chitra Sivaramakrishnan, Wholetime Director

Mrs. Chitra Sivaramakrishnan, is a Postgraduate in M.Sc Mathematics having rich and varied experience in Finance & Accounts. She has worked in Reserve Bank of India and as Director of finance in many other Companies.

Dr.M.G.Bhaskar, Independent Director

Dr.M.G.Bhaskar, is CEO – IMPACT. He has got marketing and trading experience and takes keen interest in whatever assignment he takes up.

Mr. Arunachalam Kanaga Sabesan, Independent Director

Mr. Arunachalam Kanaga Sabesan has worked as a Senior Manager in a leading Banking Sector Company in India and Hong Kong and has more than 20 years of rich and varied experience coupled with thorough insights of banking industry. He is also associated with various institutions for empowering the challenged and the differently abled with the aim of integrating them in our society.

Mrs. Revathi Sureshkumar is a Commerce graduate, having rich and varied experience in Finance & Accounts. She is holding Directorship in Private Limited Company. She has worked in the Company’s various departments such as purchase, finance and accounts.
